People, systems and support are the pillars of The Jill Raff Group, and I need amazing, honest, dedicated and focused-working people with INTEGRITY to support me and my clients.
You’re a great candidate if you’re a team player, self-starter, and communicative. You aren’t scared to provide suggestions, you’re dedicated to personal and professional growth, and you know that your time on this earth is about more than making money. It’s about connecting to people and when woven into business, creates success. You have a greater purpose to make a difference, to help impact others. You’re here to make someone else’s life better — and you LOVE that!
While you would love your life and work to be without (tech) hiccups, you realize that it’s how we get through the struggle and keep moving forward that makes all the difference. You want to make it better and be successful.
You’re don’t see for problems… You see and create solutions!
Negative Nancys or Nathans who are constantly looking for drama. If your public facing social media profiles are filled with complaining and negativity, this is not the place for you. If you respond to challenges with negative reasons why something won’t work vs. an opportunity to find solutions, this is not the right work for you.
In addition, if you need someone to constantly tell you what to do, hold your hand, remind you that there’s work to be done on a schedule, and stay on you to get the work completed, we will NOT work well together so please do not apply. There are other jobs better suited for you.
If you lack the ability to pay attention to detail or thoroughly read instructions until the end before beginning a task, you may also exit now. I’ll know who you are, because you’re won’t read here that my favorite snack is lemon almonds and dark chocolate.
PLEASE NOTE: I am currently looking for immediate assistance with some of these roles, however I am also preparing my team for a LARGE incoming project.
I need someone who can listen to an edited podcast, write show notes that sound as though I wrote them (including time stamped highlights), add the ID3 tags, and post the episode with the graphics to my site. I would love to install a moving banner across my website’s Podcast header section to highlight the names of the Podcast shows on which I’ve been a guest.
I also need someone to take video, edit it by adding in minimal highlighted text, sometimes my intro graphic & animated outro, along with transcription. They should be skilled in YouTube to create a unified graphic look for all video posts with meta-descriptions for SEO, and monitor analytics.
Both the Podcasts and Videos will need to be posted on my website.
This position will start by working directly with me, and then may also expand to supporting clients in a similar manner.
Despite having a large social media following, my social media presence is… spotty and irregular. I need someone to help me create post regular content (some using my templates & some created with my direction), particularly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
I’m looking for someone who can speak in my voice, create a regular marketing plan & calendar, curate relevant content, tell me what I need to do and when (and even schedule into my calendar), or post using HootSuite and create reports on analytics: growth/successes/failures.
Lead magnets are the first step to getting a prospect into our sales funnel. They should be succinct (clear, relatively short and to the point), well designed, and look like they took days to prepare (in my opinion), even if it only took us a couple of hours. I’m looking for someone who has experience taking content and preparing a branded (using my colors, design style, logo), distributable, sophisticated looking lead magnet (PDF) with it. The perfect candidate will have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva and a sense of working in a modern and clean design style.
Are you a whiz in Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, Ontraport, Kartra, MailChimp, Insightly or any other platform? Do “if/then” statements and logic puzzles make you feel warm and fuzzy and excite you? Do you love thinking outside the box and suggesting improved ways to use technology? I need someone to create the ‘flow’ so when one reaches out to my website or to get a free gift, they will get that ‘welcome’. I want someone to set up (tech side) the smooth flow of the onboarding and ongoing process to work with me or be in my CX Community.
Does your personality fall in the “S” and “C” in the DISC profile because you love setting up and running the tech side of systems? If so, we’ll work great together. I want to hear from you!
NOTE: This position(s) will be supporting me and clients. As such, novice CRM users are asked not to apply.
Do you have the amazing ability and love to write in the voice of others? Can you create compelling marketing content to engage the reader and drive them to take action? If so, I need you!
I’m currently looking for writers in the following areas: blog writing, sales pages and landing pages.
I’ve seen good landing and sales pages and I’ve seen, well…..not such good ones which are therefore unsuccessful! I’m looking for someone who can create high-converting, eye-catching (in my brand-style), landing and sales pages. (Yes, I understand that a bad product/offer can’t be expected to give good results). I need pages that will be consistent with my brand message to create continuity.
The ideal candidate has experience with WordPress design (Divi), LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Unbounce and/or Kartra.
EVERY business needs standard operating procedures for EVERY activity which is performed even more than once and certainly on a regular basis for consistent delivery and continuity. Unfortunately, my business and my clients’ businesses are lacking these.
If you have experience preparing well-documented, organized and easy to follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), I want to talk to you. You would definitely fall into the high S & C categories in the DISC profile assessment. You love creating systems, detailed flowcharts, accountability forms, guidelines. Anyone could read your directives, follow your documented systems, to complete a task as well as you did the first time, based on your writing of the SOP.
I have a problem… You see, I have a beautiful image of what I am building, my purpose, however I can’t get to it all because I have too many emails, distractions, and fires that come up taking me off track doing things I can do, but I should not be doing. I’m looking for someone who rocks at their 20% which is a part of my 80%. Meaning, you do what you do best, and I do what I do best. Together, we make an awesome and productive team where we can impact more people, creating something powerful!
I need someone who help me by maintaining my email inbox, (deleting/filing/responding/delegating), email outreach, welcome emails, managing a Slack Community administrative work, manage clients (at some point team members), forecast team building needs, and most importantly, keep an eye out for opportunities and help me take action on them. I need you if you’re motivated and a self-starter able to take directives and also offer your own creative ideas to contribute to the success of The Jill Raff Group. I want you to be on my team, a part of the team success. When you succeed, we succeed and can help more people.
Basically, I need another me who can keep things organized, on task, and making progress. I’m looking for someone who is committed to being a part of something bigger than just a “j-o-b” but a purpose, to impact more people, to connect and profit as a result. Is that you?
Please fill out the form below to be considered for a role on our team.
NOTE: Sending emails, private messages or calling regarding your application — unless the form is broken — will disqualify you instantly from consideration. (We all need to protect our time! Are you protecting your time?)
